He retired as Chairman of Energen in December 2007. He was employed by the Company in various capacities since 1983. Mr. Warren serves as a director of the Company and each of its subsidiaries. He is also a director of Protective Life Corporation and Associated Electric and Gas Insurance Services Limited. He is on the board of trustees of the Gas Technology Institute and the American Gas Foundation. He is a past chairman of the American Gas Association. He serves as a member of the board of trustees of Birmingham-Southern College. |
