He was named to his current position of Vice President - Audit and Compliance in 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he worked as an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche - Birmingham. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of several professional associations including the American Association of Blacks in Energy. He serves on the boards of Birmingham Children's Theatre and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham and is a member of the Vulcan Kiwanis Club. He has bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
