Charles "Chuck" W. Porter, Jr.
Vice President, CFO and Treasurer Energen and all Subsidiaries

Chuck Porter has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1989. He was named to his current position of Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Energen and all its subsidiaries in 2007. Chuck formerly served as Vice President - Finance of Energen Resources. Prior to joining Energen Resources Corporation, he worked with Arthur Andersen & Company in Birmingham.

Chuck is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of Auburn University where he has served on the School of Accountancy Advisory Board and is a current member of the College of Business Advisory Board.
