More than half of our exploration and production employees work in our Midland, Texas, and Farmington, New Mexico, offices. These employees also live, play, and raise their families in and around areas where we have our operations.  Energen Resources (ERC) has a vested interest that goes beyond the financial to protect the environment and minimize the impact of our operations on the land, water, and air.

ERC complies with all applicable laws and regulations and cooperates with local, state, and federal agencies in their inspection and enforcement activities. And with every business decision made, ERC considers the environmental impact of our actions and manages our work responsibly so as to mitigate potential adverse impacts.
